Our annual Seed and Scion Exchange is a unique free event celebrating nature's seed diversity. Whether you're an experienced gardener or new to growing, this event offers a fun opportunity to exchange seeds, scions (cuttings), and gardening knowledge with fellow plant enthusiasts. Come explore the rich variety of seeds and scions – common contributions include herbs, veggies, annuals, perennials, and more. Plus, you’ll connect with a community dedicated to sustainable gardening and helping one another succeed.

This event is free to attend. We encourage that all attendees bring at least 5 or more of the items listed below.
- 5-10 seed packets (partially used, homemade, or commercially sold)
- cuttings or fruit tree scions to share
- gently used gardening accessories, books, or magazines
If you are packaging your own seeds, please include the following on your seed packet:
- Type of plant (vegetable, flower, herb)
- Name of the plant (common name, scientific name if available)
- Age of the seed
Please note that this year's event is a drop in format, meaning that seed variety and availability will vary depending on the time you choose to come by and on what other participants bring to swap. Plan to come by, participate in the swap, hang out in the garden, and check out our plant market!
